We are hiring for an Outside Regional Sales Manager to become an authorized manager for a Fortune 100 client that is one of the most respected financial services companies in the world. You will be responsible for promoting our client’s value and brand to small and medium sized business accounts to ensure field agents are selling and enrolling new business accounts in a designated regional territory. You will coach consultative sales effectiveness techniques to sales agents who are promoting market program initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable and efficient in territory management, hitting assigned metrics, documentation and reporting, accountability, and possess a strong attention to detail and high quality interpersonal skills. They will use consultative customer service techniques, coaching techniques, and reporting techniques to interview and observe business owners for compliance and coaching purposes. The Regional Sales Manager should be comfortable and efficient in territory management, presentation effectiveness, as well as CRM activity tracking and documentation.
This position is a high travel position within the greater Bay Area (90%), managing a team of up to 15 outside sales agents. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for reporting, leading, and coaching field sales agents who will be conducting door-to-door business-to-business client service cold calls guided by a predetermined account list.
