    We are hiring Business Development Specialists to become authorized sales agents for a Fortune 100 client that is one of the most respected financial services companies in the world. You will be responsible for new business development, new signings, and promoting our client’s value and brand to small and medium sized business accounts in a designated territory. You will use consultative customer service and sales effectiveness techniques to sell program initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable and efficient in territory management, hitting sales quotas, documentation and reporting, accountability, and possess a strong attention to detail and high quality interpersonal skills.

     

    Responsibilities

    • You will be working in the field in your assigned and dedicated territory 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm).
    • You will be conducting face to face cold calls of up to 30 businesses per day with the goal of having value conversations with 10-15 decision makers.
    • The records for all the businesses you are expected to cold call will be pre-loaded into our CRM which you will have access to using your company issued IPhone and IPad.
    • The goal of each visit will be to get the business decision-maker to agree to activate the account that already exists with the Client you are representing.
    • It is a 1 to 5 call close, so you will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of at least 30 businesses.

    Qualifications

    • Organized with a high attention to detail.
    • Ability to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
    • Able to effectively present, sell, and educate businesses on our client’s brand value.
    • High degree of professional interpersonal communication skills.
    • Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity.
    • Proficient in using company issued iPhones, iPads, and CRM systems to manage and document daily activities.
    • 2+ years of B2B field sales experience preferred.

    Requirements

    • Must own a reliable automobile, possess a valid driver's license and have current auto insurance with liability limits that can be increased to meet our company requirements.
    • Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen per company standards.
    • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to get in and out of your vehicle multiple times a day.
    • Must be able to carry up to 15 pounds.
