    B2C Field Sales Manager opportunity in Austin TX with a base salary of $90K and total comp of $120K.


    This is a great opportunity to develop, lead and grow a sales team selling fiber services to residences throughout the greater Austin area. You'll be representing a Fortune 100 firm that is one of the largest and most respected technology companies in the world.

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing 10 to 15 field sales representatives. The sales representatives will be conducting door-to-door sales to prospective residential customers by using consultative selling techniques, conducting needs analysis, and determining the most optimal fiber solution for customers.

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for training, managing, and developing the field sales representatives to meet or exceed performance expectations. The Sales Manager’s leadership and management will be vital to the success of the program. The candidate should be comfortable and adept in managing in a competitive environment.

    The Sales Manager will receive significant logistics, marketing, training, human resources, recruiting, and administrative support. The goal of this position is to allow the Sales Manager to spend a majority of the time in the field  focusing on training, managing, and developing the field sales representatives to be as successful as possible. The Sales Manager will be reporting to a director and vice president.


    • Competitive base salary $90K plus individual and teams sales commissions and bonuses

    • Annual total comp of $120K by meeting individual and team sales targets
    • Unlimited earnings potential due to uncapped commissions


    • A minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in B2C outside door to door sales
    • A successful history conducting outside B2C face-to-face cold calling sales prior to management experience
    • Experience in working alongside reps in the field to coach, develop, and drive their success
    • Preference will be given to candidates with recent management experience in selling fiber and telecommunications services to consumers
    • Ability to visit up to 60+ homes a day
    • Experience using a smartphone, tablet or similar hand-held device to document and manage sales activities with a web-based CRM software 
    • Additionally, required business computing skills include use of email services, G Suite, and business productivity software
    • The ability to drive team to meet monthly sales goals
    • Possess a strong work ethic, high level of personal integrity and professionalism


    • Must own a reliable automobile, possess a valid driver's license and have current auto insurance with limits that can be increased to meet our company requirements
    • Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen per Company standards
